What do you provide?
We provide the unique experience and atmosphere of the classic VW Bus Bar, complete with beer dispensing systems and liquor and wine bars.  We also have a vintage 1958 Scotty Camper that is equipped with a beer dispensing system and a full liquor and wine bar.  We provide ice chests and all the items needed to provide a fully functioning bar for you and your guests along with vintage decor to create a fun and unique vibe for your event.

PA Law prohibits us from providing alcohol, therefore you will need to provide your alcohol.  Purchasing your own alcohol is less expensive than what a caterer or temporary bartender would charge - and you get to keep what is leftover!  We are happy to consult with you about your event and customize a suggested list of items for you to purchase to ensure you and your guests have all that you need.
If you prefer a full-service experience with alcohol and additional items such as food items or on-site BBQ please ask us about full-service events catering!

What are your parking/site requirements?
We need enough room to maneuver and park a van.  Level and flat ground is required.  We are not responsible for any damage to lawns, although with planning we do not anticipate any damage to property.

Do you need access to power?
Yes.  120 volts is usually adequate.  However, if electricity is not available we can supply a small generator for an additional charge.

How far do you travel?
We service Bucks and Montgomery counties as well as some areas in New Jersey and Philadelphia.  We typically include transportation for up to a 25-mile radius from Doylestown, PA.  We can transport to areas outside that radius with an additional per mile transportation fee.

What are your payment and cancellation policies?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking.  The remaining payment is due 21 days prior to the event date.    A refundable security deposit is also required.

How early should I book my event?
Book as early as possible.  Your party season is the same as everyone else's party season.  So our calendar fills fast!

What else can you provide to make our event unique and special?
Each Libation Station vehicle is unique and classic.  Our 1961 VW Bus, 1974 VW Bus, and 1958 Scotty Camper will all impress your guests. We can provide glassware and upscale plastic drinkware, lanterns or string lights, and more if your event requires a more sophisticated look.  Fun yard games like Corn Hole, Giant Jenga, and Spike Ball are also available.  

Can we decorate the mobile bar based on my event?
Yes!  We have vintage and current decor for any event.  We would ask that you discuss any other decor you have in mind with us since we do not want to damage the vehicles.
